When I attended this place during the noon hour rush the line was long but the staff were pleasant and very efficient.
This used to be the best Subway around but they continuously disappoint after turnover of managers. IPC is not up to standards. Employees continuously touch hair or clothes and then proceed to touch food. No acceptable. Today a knife was dropped on the floor, the took it to the back and proceeded to run it under water, not steralize and the person who picked it up from the ground was going to touch my sub and I then had to ask for her to change gloves Not ok!
Just went in today lesss then a half hour ago. The two girls on staff were trying reall hard to keep up with the influx of customers. So I give them 5 stars. But the managers who are non existent here need to step up and do a better job and actually show up to work to help the employees under them. Abandoning 2 young employees to struggle on their own is poor management.
The most horrible subway I have ever ate. We purchased three subs two steak and cheese the bread looked like flat bread. The bread was so horrible it crumbled in the bag. I never write a review but my experience was horrible.
